We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returned items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
